Defective Items
We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products; therefore we carefully examine your order before it is shipped to you to assure that you are receiving your products in perfect condition. In the event that a product is defective, we will happily replace the product and you will be reimbursed for your return shipping charges. Defective items must be reported within 4 days after receipt.
Returns/Exchanges
Please understand that due to the fact that our products are primarily worn for special occasions, we unfortunately can not accept returns. We will happily exchange your items or give you credit. We must be notified of your desire to exchange within 4 days after receipt and we must receive the items within 10 days after we have been notified. The items returned must be in its new original condition. We reserve the right to refuse credit to items that are not returned in good condition. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for your shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours after order has been placed.
Custom Orders
All custom orders can not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
Most items are shipped within 2-3 weeks after the order has been placed. In the event an item is on back order, we will notify you of its estimated ship date. You will have the option to cancel the order at that time if the date is not suitable.
We can expedite orders if the you require your items right away. Please send us an email with your items of interest and your event date, and we will inform you of the shipping time.
